Thank you for shopping our website.

All orders require a valid email address.

We do our best to keep all items on our site in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If an item is out of stock it has been reordered. If we are unable to fill your entire order, you will be notified by email of items that are out of stock. We will ask that you reply with the option of your choice, to send your order or wait for the out of stock merchandise to come in.  

ALL ORDERS WILL BE HELD UNTIL WE RECEIVE A REPLY.

SHIPPING: Orders will ship approximately 2 to 4 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges are only estimated when you place your order. Actual shipping charges will be determined after the order has been packaged and weighed  for shipment.  

ALL orders are shipped PRIORITY MAIL. NO EXCEPTIONS!   

RETURNS: Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please contact us by phone before returning any merchandise. ALL returned merchandise needs to be in it's original packaging and undamaged. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES: ALL damages MUST be reported within 3 days of receipt. DO NOT ship merchandise back before communicating with us by phone to determine the best way to resolve the problem.

RESTOCKING FEE: There will be a $20.00 restocking fee on all "Special Orders or Large Items" that are pulled from our warehouse on returned merchandise. Please contact us by phone prior to returning to ensure proper credit. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
